The areas of specialization include: engine repair technician, automatic transmission and transaxle technician, manual drive train and axle technician, automotive suspension and steering technician, automotive brake system technician, automotive electrical/electronic system technician, automotive heating and air conditioning technician and automobile engine performance technician.
During the course of the program the student will learn to diagnose and repair:

Engine Mechanical Problems to include internal component replacement

While at Haney Technical College students will train on a variety of shop equipment to ensure they are a well-qualified employment candidate when they graduate the program.
